Company Formation

Dubai company formation

Starting a business in Dubai represents a unique opportunity in a strategic location that connects East and West. Entrepreneurs can choose between mainland, free zone, or offshore structures, each offering specific advantages. Mainland companies can operate freely in the local market, while free zones provide benefits such as full foreign ownership and tax incentives.

The process requires obtaining a commercial license based on the type of activity and choosing a legal structure, such as an LLC or a branch office. Dubai’s advanced infrastructure, transparent business environment, and favorable economic policies make the emirate an ideal destination for international investors and entrepreneurs focused on growth and innovation.
